“Paskong Pinoy” is nevertheless the longest Christmas ever celebrated on earth. The so-called ‘BER’ months mark the beginning of Christmas season here in the Philippines. Christmas songs are played over the radio and in the malls, making us feel that Christmas is really in the air. Traditional fruits such as apple, orange, and grapes fill the sidewalks and every nook of the market. We also refresh our home with Christmas decors that will surely make our spirits merry and bright. And who would want to miss the traditional Noche Buena feast? I guess no one, for this is the time when we, Filipinos, would want to bond with our family and relatives as part of our culture and tradition.

Noche Buena is a special midnight meal to welcome Christmas Day. A few days before Christmas, Mom and I decided to do some groceries for Noche Buena to avoid the rush. I decided to take my Mom to Super8 Grocery Warehouse Lemery ‘cause I’ve heard this ongoing #KahakotHakotNaPamasko .

We were able to purchase everything we need for our Noche Buena at a very reasonable price. Craving tho’, but buying a ball of ham and quezo de bola is not our priority. What we prioritize is a midnight meal after the midnight mass that would accomodate all our friends and relatives within our compound. This is a once-a-year way of giving back all the love and care that they’ve shown us through thick and thin, no matter what. We do this yearly, not because we are obliged to, but because we love to.

Hence, shopping at Super8 Grocery Warehouse, is way more affordable plus we will be able to gain points on our Super8 Rewards Card. Points are equivalent to peso, so we can use our points to shop! Discounted na, discounted pa! May points ka pa! Saan ka pa? 🤷🏻♀️ Visit http://www.super8.ph or Super8 Grocery Warehouse near you to know more. 💙
